Fort Comfort Gutters provides gutter installation, repair, cleaning, gutter guard installation, soffit and fascia services, and related exterior home services across Colorado. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Specific terms for individual projects are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Fort Comfort Gutters are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• Additional work is discovered during the project that was not visible during the initial inspection.
• The homeowner requests changes to the scope of work after the estimate is accepted.
• Material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the scheduled work date.

Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you and require your approval before additional work is performed.

4. Scheduling and Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If access issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing the scheduled work, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your project estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

6. Warranty

Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fort Comfort Gutters' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, improper modifications by third parties, or failure to maintain the installed systems as recommended.
